About the platform
AI that screens, scores, and schedules so recruiters can focus on people
TalentLoom reads every application, ranks candidates against the criteria you set for each role, and books interviews automatically, so your team spends its time talking to the right people.
The product
What is TalentLoom?
TalentLoom is an AI recruiting platform. It screens resumes, scores each candidate against role-specific criteria, schedules interviews through calendar sync, and keeps every applicant in a talent pipeline you can draw on for future openings.
In-house talent acquisition teams, recruiting agencies, and startups with lean HR teams use it to manage the early stages of hiring: from the moment applications arrive to the first interview on the calendar. It can run as a standalone platform or sit on top of an existing ATS.
The problem
Where hiring slows down
The first stages of recruiting are mostly manual work, and that is where good candidates are lost.
Too many resumes, too little time
A single opening can bring in hundreds of applications, and reading each one by hand means strong candidates wait days for a reply or get missed.
Rankings nobody can explain
When shortlists come from gut feel or opaque tools, it's hard to show a hiring manager or an auditor why one candidate moved ahead of another.
Scheduling by email ping-pong
Lining up interviewers and candidates across calendars and time zones eats recruiter hours and slows every hire down.
Good candidates forgotten
Runners-up from last quarter's search disappear into an inbox or ATS archive instead of being considered for the next role they fit.
Bias that's hard to see
Without funnel-level data, teams can't tell at which stage underrepresented candidates drop out, so they can't fix it.
Capabilities
How TalentLoom helps
Each capability takes a repetitive task off the recruiter's desk while keeping the decision with your team.
AI resume screening
Parse resumes from PDF, Word, LinkedIn profiles, or plain-text emails, extract skills and experience, and rank applicants by relevance to the role.
Transparent candidate scoring
Set weighted criteria per role, such as skills, experience, certifications, and location, and see exactly which factors produced each score.
Automated interview scheduling
Approved candidates get a self-scheduling link based on interviewer availability, with round-robin, panel, and sequential formats supported.
Talent pipeline
Every applicant stays in a living pipeline, and past candidates who match a new opening are resurfaced when the role opens.
Diversity analytics & blind screening
Track representation at each stage of the funnel and hide names, photos, and demographic identifiers during initial review.
Works with your stack
Use TalentLoom on its own or alongside Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or BambooHR, with calendar sync for Google Calendar and Outlook.
The workflow
How it works
- 01
Define the role
Add the job requirements, must-have skills, and the weighted scoring criteria that matter for this position.
- 02
Let the AI screen and score
TalentLoom parses each application as it arrives, filters out applicants who don't meet the requirements, and ranks the rest by fit.
- 03
Review the shortlist
Check each score breakdown, share scorecards and notes with hiring managers, and approve the candidates you want to meet.
- 04
Schedule and keep the pipeline warm
Approved candidates book their own interview slots, and everyone who applied stays in your pipeline for future roles.
Built for
Who it's for
Talent acquisition teams
Hand off screening and scheduling so recruiters can spend their time on candidate conversations, employer brand, and closing offers.
Recruiting agencies
Run high-volume searches for several clients at once, with a separate, organized pipeline for each engagement.
Scaling startups
Give a small HR team structured screening, scoring, and scheduling without building out a large recruiting function.
How we build it
Product principles
Recruiters make the call
TalentLoom ranks and recommends, but people review the shortlist and approve every candidate who moves forward.
Every score is explainable
Scoring criteria and weights are visible and configurable, so anyone can see why a candidate ranked where they did.
Fairness is built into the workflow
Blind screening and funnel-level diversity data are part of everyday screening, not a separate report run once a year.
No applicant is a dead end
Candidates who weren't right for one role remain available, so each search builds on the last one.
